This website is operated by IDIB For Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C. (trading as Cosmica Vacation Rentals), DTCM license HH|1377627, registered office at 204-306 Al Safi 1, Al Marrar, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services offered
Cosmica Vacation Rentals provides professional short-term rental management services for apartments in Dubai, including listing creation and management across major platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com and others), dynamic pricing, guest support, DEWA/DTCM administration, and owner reporting. Specific commercial terms (e.g. management fee) are set out in a separate management agreement with each owner.
3. Use of contact forms
Submitting a form (“Get quote”, “Partner”) is a request for information or evaluation and does not create a binding contractual commitment on either party. Any management or partnership relationship is formalised through a separate written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All content, text, images, logos and trademarks on this site are the property of IDIB For Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C. or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Information on this site (e.g. yield estimates, service descriptions) is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results. IDIB For Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C. is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or by third parties (e.g. OTA platforms).
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
